Thao Vessuwan

Thao Vessuwan is one of the most intricately detailed guardian deities our craftsmen have ever created. With ornate warrior regalia, elaborate scrollwork patterns, a pointed crown, and a commanding, dignified posture, every element from the fabric folds to the ornamental jewelry and facial expression demanded exceptional skill in sculpting and carving to preserve both its sacred presence and its fidelity to traditional Thai craftsmanship.

This piece is cast in brass with a bronze finish in its final stage, carried through every step of the process  from 3D design and wax application to casting and final detailing with meticulous care.
